  • Maximum number of pets allowed: 99.
  • Pet fee: $20 per night, per pet.
  • Pets must be on a leash when outside and cannot be left unattended outside.
  • Pets must be crated/kenneled when left in the home alone.
  • Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of properly.
  • Owner must provide and use a cover (blanket/quilt) if pets are on furniture.
  • Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and/or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines.

  • Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. The refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to third-party platforms.
